The inflation rate was 3.0% - it’s now 3.4%. Home Mortgage and the Prime interest rates are also both higher.
Since day 1 of the Trump administration, overall grocery prices have steadily increased, and some food staples have jumped sharply:

🥩 Ground Beef & Steak: Up 18% to 23% due to tight cattle supplies.
