Correct!

Look at the quality of the NYSS 3 year old colt and gelding pacers.
You had 2 legs with 4 and 5 horses fields.
Only a 7 horse field for the final.
The excelsior division had about 20 or so at the beginning.
Did other states have the same issue?
Now you only have the best of the best racing the jugette.
1/2 mile track doesn’t encourage entries for these events.

That is not uncommon about the best 3 year olds not coming
