I already answered it above. I know 2 other people exactly like you when it comes to thier strong dislike of Trump. They both spend alot of time on social media posting anything negative they can find about him. I used to work with one of them and we've always been friends, so I don't comment on anything she says.
I feel the Democrats in general spend way too much time going after Trump when they should be more focused on a candidate who can actually win in 2028. Like it or not, unless he dies, Trump isn't going anywhere until his term is up so I'm not going to waste my time criticizing his every move even if it's warranted.
Thank you for using the word “dislike”. It’s an accurate term.
Let’s go down memory lane.
In the mid/late 1960’s, the smothers brothers jabbed LBJ. LBJ probably didn’t like it, but he respected that they did it because they had a right to do so. LBJ even sent them a memo from the white house concerning this.
Fast forward circa 1990, Dana carver on SNL picking on bush sr. He probably didn’t like it but they became good friends after this.
I believe I mentioned tip O’Neil and Reagan. Now to mid 2010’s when Obama was POTUS. It started to get worse. Then Trump and it got worse. Then Biden, even worse. And now back to Trump. Look at his attitude and vindictiveness compared to any other POTUS in history. People in both parties compound this major problem today. Can this be rectified? It’ll probably get worse before it gets better.
Thanks for polite banter.
