I don't shop at that end of the market, LOL, but I do look at all the royally bred yearlings for many reasons. I haven't seen the colt, but I am interested to see what Walner colt out of Manchego looks like.
Will take a lot to live up to expectations with that blood line. Might bring $800k+
Well, he won't be the sales topper, and he's by a $12k stud (in his first year, and is lower now)----and I didn't see him last time I was at the farm-----but Steve Jones has got a colt by Tactical Approach out Venerable selling on day two (I think).

I stopped looking at yearlings I knew I couldn't afford in the 70's, why waste the time. I spend time at the farms, watching videos and sales looking for what I want, not dreaming. All I wanted was ROI.
I am curious about people's ideas on the correlation of purchase price to purse winnings. Thoughts?
