Happened to me about 25 years ago.
 
I had one In at Ocean Downs one night and they went by the wire for the first time the tractor 🚜 came out on the backstretch and everyone had to go around it. Called it a no contest and split the purse 8 ways. I'm sure some local plopsters can testify to it.
