Depending on which state the horse was running in determined who was listed as the trainer.

that's not the first horse that the bongo family has turned around lately
the trotter that beat apex friday night is another etc etc
of course horses can be improved upon by a new program , changes etc
but this is extreme
if nothing else it should get authorities paying some extra attention to his horses
