The whole subject is laughable. More people are interested in Meadowlands Harness Racing than any other track in North America. Also, 99% of horsemen would rather race at The Meadowlands. Almost all say winning a race at The Meadowlands was the highlight of their career. Finally, I have yet to see an interview where a driver said that winning a race at Hoosier Park was a lifelong goal.

Even though the racing at Meadowlands isn't what it once used to be it still has name recognition and will always outhandle other tracks on most nights. The only exception would be on a handful of nights when Mohawk has big races.

Speaking of $10 mil....needs a $10 mil nightly handle to get the purses up commensurately and get the best of the best in horses and drivers of NA permanently to sustain it.

He's 25 and a driver in Australia on vacation in the US. He's friends with Todd McCarthy and staying with him and hopes to pick up some drives.
He has close to 1000 wins.
