I'm totally neutral when it comes to politics, but since the US went to war with Iran, the cost to taxpayers in higher gas prices is over 100 billion dollars and growing, if you want to give credit to Trump for saving 2 billion, point the finger of blame at him for the higher gas prices.

If keeping nuclear weapons out of the hands of terrorists was free, Obama or Biden would have done it.   Peace never comes cheap.
