In Range actually has a very good stallion pedigree, very solid, strong foundation. He's well bred. He was a $185,000 yearling, they were high on him as a 2yo, and he had an excellent freshman campaign. Didn't meet the expectations as a 3yo, but he showed up to some of the big dances. When they syndicated him, the shares sold out very quickly and they structured it with a four year deal attached to it. He's from the family of Yankee Duchess, who has a very strong lineage pedigree/family. Check out his extended pedigree. I think he's #3 on the earnings list, from a crop on the small crop---and both Chapter Seven and Captain Corey had bigger crops and more starters. I have no idea if the stallion is up for a move or not, but this was no backyard stud, LOL.
