What every track should do and it wouldn’t cost that much money .. have police officer in paddock in paddock office. Call trainers to paddock office have a lie detector test up there call trainers up there ask if there aware their horses have been given performance enhancing drugs. Most top trainers have schmucks do it  they won’t do it themselves test takes 5-10 minutes. If they fail scratch all horses that night. Every track should do this and will see what happens

I still think it’s a good idea. One night at Yonkers you call per emblom and pat lachance in office.  Next night Jared bako and Joe bongiorno and so on then will see until every trainer gets tested. Then go to meadowlands then poconos harrahs Philadelphia the meadows and so on cost is minimal compared to any EPO test

No such thing as an instant lie detector test and the appeals rate on positive tests would be about 99%.
