Marijuana doesn't manufacture thousands of horses a year to be used to profit then sent down the slaughter pipeline. Harness Racing doesn't subsidize pharmaceutical companies? Even the illegal.ones!

Legally it's like any other drug for medicinal purposes, regulated.  Marijuana is not legal for recreational purposes federally, not decriminalized, just intentionally off the DEA radar for the minor league weight, large black market, cartels, they're still on the radar.

The gov has done psychedelic experiments for warfare, interrogation, mind and out of body experiences, those are search projects, some classified.
