No tries, burying, last minute tries, give ups before the wire, very costly courtesy tucks and courtesy pulls, breaking experts, intentionally missing the gate as casually as could be.

Notice how when they go into a break some like JMac will get them to still be inside the fair start pole with lots of urging and no chance of contending and then stop trying, F the backers, and benefit the track.

They just so happen to be all from Canada.

It's a great vision unlike some others here.   

I have checked out the 1-10 drivers for quite a few years here. 

Mediocrity as far as drivers over the years.  The 'standout driver' right now in 2026 is James MacDonald.  Money is distorted as he's won the NA cup and other big races!  How good are McNair, Roy, and McClure compared to the better Big M regulars?

You are right if they can make it 6-9 months for the life saving surgery. If you need a knee replacement at 50 you better have $100k saved so you can go to another country or wait till 65 because they last 15-20 years and the Canadian system ain’t paying for a second one.

I liked the No. 4 horse in the 15th Flipping Five Stones or something like that. I don't want to double check it. I hadn't been home all night so I wheeled the 4 in the double with every horse in the 14th race. $18. All the favorites break in the 14th. A 99-1 shot breezes home and pays $298. When the double payouts are shown, my 4 is paying $1,500. Low double. He opens 3/2. I figure I have this. I back it up second in all exactas. Goes off the favorite at 8/5. Suggs doesn't leave a lick and sits on the rail the entire race. Tyler Angus wins on a 12-1 that pays $3,300. Suggs doesn't get a sniff. You just can't win.
