Goshen Historic says bye-bye to Roger Huston and Dave Little

John Berry, in today’s HRU, laments that, facing budget constraints, Goshen will not use them as announcers for their upcoming meet, ending a 20 year association. Methinks that these two, if they are so upset, should volunteer their services for free. Roger could hock a ring, Dave could skip Mickey D’s for a week.
All kidding aside, if it is that important to them, step up and work for free.
Howard Oil used to be the announcer, perhaps he will return triumphant.

Paying these two anything but a cheesburger is just stupid.  This pair owes harness racing more than it owes them. Roger has been working this grift for years. It's all about him, If they don't donate their services it just shows what they're all about.

A lot of people would like to do it once if given the opportunity.  This way they can explain it to others speaking from experience.
