Interviewing Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, he managed to secure the first admission by a senior Trump administration official that the Strait of Hormuz is never returning to the status quo that existed before Donald Trump ignited his war on Iran.

 Canadians find aspects of daily life frustrating, such as high taxes, formalities, and the need to remove shoes indoors. Economic development is also uneven between regions

The Hormuz Report
@HormuzReport

BREAKING: Donald Trump has quietly admitted defeat and privately signalling he's willing to end the Iran war without a nuclear deal if the Strait of Hormuz simply opens, a humiliating retreat from his demand for "unconditional surrender," per WSJ.

Trump privately told aides he would declare victory based on reopening the Strait — a far cry from his promises to "decimate" Iran's nuclear program. But Iran just raised the price of that exit: $300 billion** in compensation, **$100–123 billion in frozen assets, U.S. troop withdrawal, and an end to the naval blockade.

Trump wanted out. Iran is making him pay for it.

U.S. officials say Trump sees the Strait as his only viable exit. But Iran's new demands mean even that is now in doubt. Tehran knows Washington is desperate to leave — and is holding the waterway hostage until Trump surrenders on every point.

Who’s whining and who’s crying?   tmbz1

Looks like you’re the one who has issues when some of us respond here politely and you don’t like what we post.   tmbz1 tmbz1

Some of us actually enjoy reading the truth instead of others who like living in their own fantasy world!

Midterm elections in 2026 could cure many of the problems we currently have.  tmbz1

Thanks for posting.
