Like I always said, I respect Mike''s Advocacy in helping these horses. It obvious he's not alone in his efforts. I think if Mike and his allies were to bring it to a citywide vote, his side would prevail. But it will have to go legislatively through the city council before the Mayor says "Yay" or "Nay".
