The best thing about predictions are they're free. It's just my opinion, whether you agree with it doesn't matter one bit to me. You're the same guy who criticizes most of the drivers at Mohawk and says how corrupt the track is, yet you continue to wager on the track on a regular basis, does that make you smart to wager on a track you think is corrupt?

If you're really serious about quitting after this year why not start right now? Do you really think you'll be able to keep your word on quitting gambling after this year. When you've been at anything for a long time it's difficult to give it up. Some people quit smoking cold turkey, but when gambling is in your blood it's much more difficult.

I agree that gambling is a challenge especially when you have to depend on the trainer having their horse ready and the driver or jockey make the right moves during a race.

tmbz1 Good post.

Bad habits are hard to break.  Those 10 and 20 cent Superfectas must look too good to pass. 25% takeout be damned.

I hope the guy's betting approach kicks in high gear and he hits 2 or 3 good ones in a row. Or he just gets lucky and lands on a high priced winner with all the gimmick bets cashing.

I'm the hard gambler to back, I'm the long shot in our plop field to hit a monster, muchless several.

When my VS kicks in, maybe catch one on the fly that connects who knows.

Y'all laughed race after race while Scotty screwed with Meshuggah.

Mixed the horse so damn up even he was confused when to go into gear.

Only the owner and I believed, and am sure others that we don't know.

Got some serious flack here stakes race after stakes race....but I knew in Vernon Downs earlier in the year he had something special.

Then took he took down the Breeders Crown in a couple of seconds with an up the wood move with the #1.

Pick it up at 2m50s, 62-1...and SZ almost gave up and then didn't for once damn it!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XpHM8QBU60

Wasn't the only one that night or last year.

I'm going to have a bunch of double digit horses, slow down on the bs, and get them to connect? A bit of luck for the right storm....maybe you'll see something that will pale all the crapola I've done!  ;D

He will go undefeated racing against that pile of shit up there. And I suspect because he's had the easiest schedule since Beach, he might well be able to ship south a couple of times and be great on those days as well. It's not like yesteryear when every race would be contested and long travel was part of the deal.

Sired by an Ontario sire, why would they not clean up all the OSS money they can get?

Do the checks not cash if they don't travel all over?

If he races the North America Cup + Breeders Crown, how would he be ducking anyone or have an "easy schedule"?
Would you want to gut him in overnights if you had him?
You should have stayed in school & got a job.

You can solve this problem by owning horses.  This way you see what goes on behind the scenes.  It's even tougher trying to make money at the windows too!  Owning them for me has cut down my 'gambling addiction'!

Win as much as they can, take as much off the table as they can, and what else? Have fun, create a legacy, and enjoy the ride. Their job is to maximize their asset at ROR. Not please the fans, race secretaries, or anyone else. I think they have a plan for 12 to 14 starts at most, but of course it has to be day to day just in case. Win as much OSS money as you can. Why not, easier competition, easier races, etc. Point to the big dances and make a stallion. I wouldn't be shocked if they decide to skip the LBJ. Of course Moore can race there. This colt is a big, very big, horse. I say they race him on a half in Canada, but in this US, not guaranteed. At least if they skip the Jug it gives people the ammunition to say he ducked everyone. LOL.

He is racing in the OSS gold next week.
Skipping the SBSW and taking 2 weeks off before the NA Cup. Those are facts that Doc Moore said in an article I read.

My guess is after that...he will skip the Messenger and race in an OSS gold leg on June 27th. After that hopefully the Pace
Race 7 pp#8 tonight
1/9 m/l

It hasn't stopped raining here in almost 24 hours, finally almost done ;D
If you really think that is true, meaning the bobble being distracted by the BJ ngc3
You know what to do, play against him every race, except race #7.  ;D
I am still sworn off of Mohawk, until NA Cup finals day June 13th.
