Hilliard is Franklin county, same as and a suburb of Columbus [central Ohio] Celina is a pretty fair piece away from there.
An hr and 20 minutes at least or so I'd say.

Looked like Gary was going thru his tickets and then looked like he handed one to Dexter.

I just watched the replay which seems to be a bit of a different angle from the live look and I don’t really see him giving anything to Dexter but he is going thru what looks like his stack of tickets and Dexter looks uninterested in what Gary is saying.

Tail end of the race replay video.

It looks exactly like what you said the first time.

They are walking, there is communication not disinterest, and Dexter is absolutely handed something by Gary Dileo and Dexter looks directly at it...could be a ticket, that is uncertain what it was.

Excellent catch!  tmbz1

Owners often tip the drivers in the winners circle.  Its not a problem at all.

Never suggested that it was a problem at all, just that it seemed unusual that Gary dileo was the handler in someway.
So your saying that the horses owner gave tickets to Gary who gave them to Dexter?
Congrats to all of them for the win, anyone invested in this difficult game should be rewarded whenever possible.
