Trump phone
« on: May 13, 2026, 11:52:09 PM »
Since June 16/2025  590,000 Trump supporters have each sent Trump $100 for what they thought was a down payment on a $499 gold smart phone.
First they were to be shipped end of summer 2025.
Then Nov/Dec 2025.
Then march 2026.
None were ever produced or shipped.
Now the Website reads that a preorder deposit is not a purchase or promise of a future purchase, and then more fine lawyer print.
Another words 590,000 people SOL!
How many $million is 590,000 x $100 in the Trump family pockets?
Google it!
 It makes for depressing reading!
I am just an old horse trainer still going around in circles. Sometimes Fast. Sometimes Half-Fast.

It could have been worse!

Many Trump supporters probably didn't have $100 to give for a deposit, yet alone the balance due!

As a GOPer, I have supported some of President Trump's policies. But many I do not. The one thing I think that is vile is all these products being sold by companies using his image, likeness, or signature. The President, no matter who he is should not do commercials, ads, or endorse any product of any kind. He should not in any way profit from his time in the presidency. And while I certainly agree to disagree with folks who do not like him, the charge of him "grifting" is not without merit. These items he sells diminishes his office and lowers the "respect' bar for many. Even in his own party. He has one job to do. Be our president. Not some carnival barker "huckster". I hope he stop worrying about "watches" and "coins" and gets back to the job he was elected to do.

Meadow Ford, it's actually common sense to not "hawk" any products while in office. When a President leaves office, he can sell or endorse any product he wants. How the President is viewed worldwide is an important aspect of his office. He gotta be taken seriously. Financial gain of any kind, outside of his salary, which I know he donates, should not occur while he's in office.

Please show us in detail where Trump donates his salary to?

Look how much he has grifted financially in life before and during his presidency!

No rules of any kind!  Only cares about himself!

Always has and only will!

Would it surprise anyone (including yourself) that the salary that Trump “donates” are actually ‘his “own” personal charities”!

A tax write-off too!  Can’t be verified as real and accurate too !

Trump, “common sense”?    ngc3 ngc3 ngc3  Oxymoronic, isn’t it!

Really?

Doesn’t have common sense!  His actions prove this over and over again!

From the article:

When Trump Mobile launched in June 2025, the company announced that a Trump phone would be made in the US and launch in August 2025. But when it became obvious that domestic large-scale smartphone manufacturing would not be possible, Trump Mobile dropped the "made in the US" claim.

Now, the site simply says it is "designed with American values in mind," an "American-proud design" and "shaped by American innovation."

While Trump Mobile has not said where the T1 phone is manufactured, executives told The Verge back in February that it's being made in a "favored nation" with "final assembly" in Florida. It's unclear what qualifies another nation as "favored" to handle most of the assembly of the T1 phone.

Nowhere on the phone, box, manual or packaging does it say where the phone was made. The box simply says, "Proudly assembled in the USA."

As previously reported, we can confirm that the Trump phone features the wrong number of stripes on the American flag.

There are supposed to be 13 stripes representing the 13 original colonies of the United States, but the flag printed on the back of this golden phone has only 11.

Since this article was so new, I’m guessing the author will follow up when they have an answer.
