Andrew, while you might think you are "to old to care', I think you have a lot to offer. You are correct that neither side of the political spectrum will have their minds changed by what is said here. And some folks on here try to be civil. But the polarization of politics today has changed how both sides talk to each other. Since "Plopsters" can speak their mind without limits, it's "thunderdome" in the political arena. LOL!

I feel the exact same way.  I don't play games.  I can be civil if I choose to be.  At the same time, I'm not going to tolerate someone (that 1 individual) and/or others "BULLYING" me because we agree to disagree politically.  Unfortunately, yourself and others will have to deal with this! The "great divide" you speak to is certainly more real today than ever. I'd like to blame Trump or Obama or anyone else for this issue. But I think the way people gather information is the main culprit for the anger and the angst. Between social media memes and posts and bias cable news networks, it's difficult to decipher the truth in "real time". For many who study the news by glancing at Facebook or Twitter are really doing themselves a disservice.
