the judges now a days are failed horseman. that's where they go to die.

they have been buddies and colleagues and friends with these guys for many years. do you think they are going to suspend their buddy for 365 days? I think not.

I was watching some races and a guy at work comes up to me said what are you doing. I said I bet this horse. he said how did you know to bet him? you don't have a program or any past performance.
horse wins as he is standing in my office.
he said seriously how did you know who to bet.

MY ANSWER----  I KNOW WHO CHEATS. YOU DONT NEED A PROGRAM OR PICKS FROM SOME PERSON ON A SHOW BEFORE POST TIME. BET THE CHEATERS.

lots of people cheat. some get caught get a slap on the wrist and business as usual. we all know the cheaters.
I don't need to list them all. this specific race was from Miami valley

if you have one positive you are a known proven cheater.

when you get a positive you have to give the purse money back because you cheated everyone else in the race. therefore, because you cheated in that race you get DQ'D and have to return the purse.
if you didn't cheat, they would just let you keep the purse money.
