Really. Where was Josh Marks stabled when banned by the USTA? Where is Devita stabled right now and who is in his barn calling the shots? Who else was stabled at Fords while he trained horses owned by Mark and was partners with him? The guy serving the ten year suspension now for ordering BB3 on the wiretap I publicized.

Last fall, remember, Ford tried to overturn the USTA’s decision to suspend DeVita for failing to respond to SRIF. Now, I am told, Ford is orchestrating a general attack on SRIF, not just over its work in the DeVita case but in its broader investigative mission.

If you own the multimillion dollar training facility and had bills to pay you would take good paying tenants regardless of their status. Obviously you'll never reach that status.

Common denominator. The USTA wants no part of HISA, spent a couple million as per executive order to lobby against it. Ford doesn't even want the USTA investigating through SRIF which was instituted by the USTA. The role of a Director is abide by and enforce the rules and by laws of the USTA.
