You're the exception to that rule , for sure those non profits all suck, a self serving cash grab and no teeth, corrupt...but your purposes are at a minimum under code, charitable, serve a very important humanitarian and animal benefit.Not everyone carries a gun is a crook, goes both ways, but I admire your independence, and pride, and willingness to earn rather than be a hand out charity as per your corp filing, llc is smart of course.
