He is an excellent driver. Tactful, works out a trip, doesn't abuse a horse, good on trotters, good on young ones.

Yeah he does drive for some people I wouldn't classify as high on the integrity list, but so do effectively all upper-level drivers. Not saying it's right, but he can improve a horse without pharmaceuticals based on talent alone.

I wonder if his balls were in a vice would he admit that he knowingly drove horses juiced up, threw a race, fixed, tampered with a race, raced a sick, unwell, hurt horse that should of been pulled off the track...because that is up to criminal.

That is under his purview, responsibility.

P.J. never takes his frustration out on the horse when he doesn't get an early seat like most drivers do!  tmbz1 tmbz1

Well, with over 88,000 drives, I’m sure 1 or more of your items have occurred, either intentionally or unintentionally.

Dingus, no gambler can be for or against anyone, we take what is in front of us and (or should) leave our personal feelings at the door.  With that said, if they're (drivers) professional athletes and this is only one of many applicable examples, then...

Point shaving by a U.S. professional athlete is a form of illegal match-fixing, often resulting in severe consequences, including permanent bans from leagues (e.g., NBA)
and potential prison time. These actions are considered federal crimes, often prosecuted under conspiracy or gambling laws, leading to significant fines and incarceration.

League Penalties: Lifetime bans from professional sports leagues are standard, as seen in historical, high-profile scandals.
Legal Consequences: Penalties for match-fixing can include, but are not limited to, multi-year prison sentences.
Context: Point shaving involves players collaborating with gamblers to affect the score margin, ensuring a team does not cover the spread, regardless of the final win/loss result.
