I thought he was under suspension but saw him in the Winners Circle at the Meadowlands after the 7th ?

I think it's just a driving suspension which is a little different than a positive.  He may still be allowed to work for a stable and around horses.  Which is crazy, you know it's the same bullshit if he's taking them training miles.
