She showed us all the visits by local police and how he has abused and threatened everyone around him. How he is not in prison is disturbing, he must play role of victim very well. He owes us in excess of twenty thousand dollars he accepted in donations with his fraud tactics.

Why am I not surprised! I had heard his wife was a real sweetheart who raised a family on her own. We can only hope that justice will prevail but I’m sure the money he collected through his phony donations went right through the betting windows.

I am very interested to see exactly who Repole is suing and what he's suing for. It sounds like he is motivated to have discovery disclose a lot of skeletons in closets. Kind of like the CAW lawsuit and it it gets class-action status. I don't know anything about the t-bred business, but here in our sport, when you have a USTA Board member fighting his fellow Board members to not suspend someone-----and he's able to stonewall that, defer that, etc.-----then something is worse than really wrong. I've long said that about the USTA.
