One time 2 yo world record holder, Caviart Camden just won a 17,500-20000 claimer.  Embarrassing!

Unless these "owners" have a serious, heartbreaking, hardship, brings tears!

How is that different from a former MLB MVP now playing in Japan or the minors?
He’s 7 now, 5 years later.

I am not sure why. Is he unsound?

Plenty of world record holders out there. Are the supposed to retire immediately thereafter? $17,500-$20,000 isn't exactly bottom of the barrel, he's made decent $$ the last couple years.

Save your angst for real issues. Or claim him and give him a home.

I guess it's all business to y'all fine, why I don't own, racing horses.

Because unless I thought they would win they wouldn't hit the track.

And I know with my connections they'd be ok, well cared for no matter what, and always with from birth.

I'm surrounded with animals born into my hands, now going into their 17th and 18th years....Family for life.  tmbz1

Obviously I don't give 2 shits about people, unless they're all good.

That you know for fucking sure!

No worries, put your plaques up, relive the memories and let them go fuck off somewhere else, a domesticated racing animal - you all did that to them - would be and always be my baby.

I do real estate y'all go fuck off with your racing biz, you ain't biz, or heartless, just pathetic, and disloyal for a buck! ;D

The fact that it's racing and winning at a pretty decent level, tells me the horse must be
receiving at least reasonably good care. Most horses aren't involved in breeding. I agree
with SDST ,if the horse is sound, go hug a tree.

Why don't you hug the tree, get its phone number, ask it if it likes hot cocoa and monopoly?  ngc3

Last I checked your friend schedule wasn't booked here.  ngc3
