Last I heard, Taylor was out (until 2035, right?). Unless something else has developed, last I heard he appealed. He then went to Delaware Superior Court and made a motion for an expedited hearing on his appeal, and the Superior Court denied his motion. I could be wrong, but that's a "No, you're out, go back to your regular appeal." From what I gather, his case is still under appeal, but until that plays out, he's out.

Thank you.

I know he had a hearing and they rescheduled a part 2  to that hearing but it got postponed and nothing since that time, which was back in December. I know DHRC is shady and will sweep this under the table. So, that makes me ask if any new news. I assume hes still denied because hes not racing anything under his name @ Dover.

Didn't he put a bunch of his in his mother's name?
(I know she's been an owner for awhile)
It doesn't hold weight when you are only doing something out of spite, after being kicked out & having nowhere to go.

That's just being a phony with a grudge

Goshen peanut gallery has nothing to do with him in Delaware. The DHRC said no license. Hows that just fine?

Obviously Taylor is not fine in DE.

As far as the corruption, if they were so corrupt they wouldn't have taken action in the first place. But they did. If they were corrupt, he'd have his license back already. Inept, sure, I'll buy that.

They had too because presiding judges investigations.

They tried to squash it, but it was already out there.
