I agree. I've seen so many children abused and neglected in the horse business. I've actually saw a baby in a tac trunk with a fly sheet over the top yet mama had a million tattoos looking to get more.  I think parents that abandoned their children should be punished to the fullest extent. A man or woman that walks out on their family has no scruples and belongs in the streets.

DHRC fined Rodney and placed him on PROBATION

Seems you know Rodney REAL well.

I never saw any of that and it's not my business.

He has been with Hundertpfund on and off since his dad passed away over 20 years ago.

He got involved in racing because of his dads love for horses.

He pours money into the sport like its candy and always there to watch in person.

I'm sure Chuck took him and the rest to the cleaners. That's his M O. CC doesn't do anything cheap and likes to live high life when he has a fish on the hook!
