I wonder if they know he is sending money to fat Rene. maybe the investigation found this to be going on, and he won't submit financial records.

This is the same as the John Wagner story.  Except Wagner tried to falsify and make up receipts and bank records.  Clegg's just ignored the request and there must have been a deadline to comply.

My information told me that months ago they caught Betty giving something illegal to at least one horse and that they agreed to transfer ownership of the horses which they did to their daughter but the problem was no money changed hands so eventually enough was enough
