This is the same as the John Wagner story.  Except Wagner tried to falsify and make up receipts and bank records.  Clegg's just ignored the request and there must have been a deadline to comply.

My information told me that months ago they caught Betty giving something illegal to at least one horse and that they agreed to transfer ownership of the horses which they did to their daughter but the problem was no money changed hands so eventually enough was enough

These clowns are missing their calling.  Maybe Hollywood will call and give them their own reality show.. Hopefully, this will be a blessing to their over-raced stable of young horses.  There wasn't much hide left on the 2yr olds.
