If what you guys are saying is true there should be a couple hundred other owners with their owners licenses in jeopardy.  How can someone be guilty if they didn’t receive any drugs , didn’t administer any drugs , never touched any drugs.  We’re owners and when we receive a bill we pay it.

Haven’t posted in a long time but just wanted to add my take on this.  It would be difficult, in my opinion, to apply some sort of ignorance is bliss theory in this regard as some sort of out.  Unless one was a genuine limited investor, without any sort of management input, I think as owners we are all culpable for the actions of the third party service providers.  To boot, I imagine all owners are claiming their involvement in harness racing as a bonafide business, claiming losses for the most part, and not treating their involvement as a hobby. As a result, whether filing a Form schedule C or Form schedule E on one’s income tax return, and claiming the venture as a business, you are also adhering to the principle that you do actively participate or materially participate in the business at hand.

Just my thought.

Couple more tidbits from yesterday. Robert Corey, Scott Egger, over 50 pieces of evidence and communications handed into the commission under objection by his defense which was denied.
Also said into the record "Person Of Interest".....think about it.

I've already shared my opinions on Howard Taylor. I won't speak to that again. In the end, if he's guilty, he should be banned. If he is not found guilty, the conspiracy theorists will scream too big to fail, too powerful, swept under the rug, and so on. If you only have a hammer, everything begins to look like a nail.

I don't think everyone on "the list" is automatically guilty. Why? When "the list" was first made public, like many, I read it. If Fishman, the compounders, and all the others who got indicted/charged and found guilty, were only and exclusively selling "illegal" drugs, then yes, everyone on that list is guilty. However, I don't know that is the case. Sure, there are specific items that everyone now knows are  illegal. It is also known that certain people (Navarro and Servis for example) knew it. They are guilty and should be punished to the maximum extent possible. It would take time and money, but the evidence *wiretaps, e mails, texts, etc.), will tell you who knew what, what they did, and who didn't.

However, if Fishman et al were also selling things that were legal, I for one am not going to say that a trainer who bought the equivalent of liquid aspirin, or clenbuterol, is guilty (unless some other laws were broken). As far as owners, look, if an owner bought something legal, was billed and paid for it, and it was shipped to a trainer, circumstances taken into consideration, that might OK. But if an owner bought something illegal, knew it, paid for it, took delivery, distributed it to his/her trainers, and so on. Guilty! Period. The evidence will tell that too. There were some owners on that list that many people would think are upstanding and quality people in this industry. Before I hang someone, I want to make sure they deserve it.

Not sure where you're getting people saying everyone on the "Fishman List" are guilty. That's a generic list of ALL his customers. The guilt is reflected in the actual invoices, buy sheets regarding specific drugs Fishman only sold to vetted customers and the intercepted communications. Jeff Gillis is gone based on ONE wiretap conversation. So let's use this one I've posted before as an example. From Fishman's own BB3 "Who Got" list. Devita is still racing, right? 52 vials purchased over a five month period. In everyone's opinions, should he be tossed based on this? Not to mention the wiretaps I've posted publicly as well. Again I only scratch the surface.

Like I said before, over 100 owners  paid the same bills that SCM keeps posting.  Pay careful notice that none of them has been bothered whatsoever.   SCM believes that he has become relevant in the harness racing world because of his posts and videos.  The real SCM has practically no trainer earnings, practically no driver earnings, and has zero respect as a horseman in the harness racing world by anyone that matters.  He definitely has made a pain in the ass of himself but at some point when all of this commission stuff is over , he will just fade into oblivion where he belongs.           P.S  let’s not forget about SCM getting kicked out of Goshen because he’s a no pay deadbeat

Howard’s going to fight this to the bitter end, and when it’s all said and done my money’s on him.
exactly I talked to Howard at the sale. He’s not worried about it. Don’t listen to all the rhetoric you read on this website most of it just bull howard’s gonna be just fine
