This was part 1 of what will be two hearings. Next is December 15th. Bottom line, Taylor's defense remains the same, he had two attorneys with him today. Standing on the "I only paid the bills". However, the state did have Lead Investigator/Special Agent who led the Fishman case Shaun Richards answering questions. The same guy I read the letter he sent regarding the EQ-1@5 painkiller these people were using and its potency. The can of worms is open right down to communications from a "certain individual" via text message attempting to coerce Presiding Judge Robert Corey regarding these issues. A ton of damaging evidence was presented today by the same people who obtained it, that's the theme. And introduction of proof as to who is the person responsible for "buying" all the junk from Fishman. Ain't good for our buddy.

How many times have we read here by his fans that he was "cleared" by the FBI, including statements he's made to the media stating the same. Well.....guess who showed up today. He never made any non prosecutory agreements or any agreement on the record that anyone can find that ever said he was free and clear. Like I tried to say in the livestreams, just because he wasn't pursued by the government doesn't mean the evidence found against him by the FBI can't be used by state racing commissions.

All those original DOJ prosecutions were crimes found by accident investigating unrelated crimes.

     If what you guys are saying is true there should be a couple hundred other owners with their owners licenses in jeopardy.  How can someone be guilty if they didn’t receive any drugs , didn’t administer any drugs , never touched any drugs.  We’re owners and when we receive a bill we pay it.  The Vets bill the owners directly because  they want to get paid,  most of the trainers are broke and the Vets like to get paid instead of getting stiffed. Howard’s going to fight this to the bitter end, and when it’s all said and done my money’s on him.

   So the question is , out of all these hundreds of owners why did the Delaware and Kentucky racing commission’s pick Howard Taylor and his owners license.   The answer is one word , Gural.   Howard made a blood enemy with this guy and he’s going to have to go thru the process of dealing with it.  Like I said my money’s on Howard , when he gets done with all this license crap the next move will be burying Gural with the lawsuit he has against him. Hopefully the old piece of garbage lives long enough to see all the money Howard gets off of him
