Brutal? How? With one sentence I can provoke him into his 20 sentence rage filled diatribe after 14 years of him ripping people hiding as King Cunt. Then he says, "who cares". 
He's furious I know who he is, he's furious I know he's a fucking bullshitting bustout who twice filed for Chapter 13 in the past 5 years only to have the application dismissed because he refuses to sign payment agreements with his creditors. I know EVERYTHING about him. But do you see me doxxing him? Brining up his personal life and family? Nope, that's what he wants. He already posted his veiled threat about  the Goshen PD, just more proof that he trule is the King Cunt of Horseplop. It's worse than that. Chapter 13 is to reorganize debt and work out plans to pay with your creditors. This fool hasn't done it so it's dismissed and then he files it again!!!! Like it's going to change!!!!

On a Chapter 13 bankruptcy your attorney would take all your info, assets and liabilities and come up with a monthly repayment plan to be spread out over 3 to 5 years. It's usually a very small sum. You and your attorney would meet with the District Judge for the Bankruptcy Court and present your plan which is normally approved and divided amongst all your creditors however little it may be. At the end of the 3- or 5-year period your bankruptcy is discharged, and you no longer owe your creditors any money.
