Indiana may have folded for him...again. But he wasn't granted a stay, he was granted an appeal. Delaware has not approved or granted him a license. There will be a hearing for him to plead his case. Maybe he can blame the new wife this time, not the one who is unavailable for questioning.

Really? I've never met the man. And until I obtained the documents I wouldn't have known him if I fell over him on the street. Cleared by the FBI means what in racing? 2 to 1 Delaware Racing Commission folds and GRANTS him a license to participate as owner. There's a lot worst thats licensed and racing there now! When that happens Indiana will withdraw their ruling as well. You can see the writing on the wall. $$$ talks!
