Racing in Maryland is so far gone even the officials have thrown in the towel! Until there's a shake up with the Maryland Racing Commission nothing will change. Now it's a cesspool for corrupt horseman who will screw over their fellow horseman in a NY minute! However most all the thieves are from Delaware. Notice how there's no positive test..How can that be even possible if testing correctly.

New lab for Delaware starting 18 months ago....found out recently that lab doesn't test for same drugs each time....they rotate....I the naive dummy thought labs would be testing for all drugs all the time
