Rest In Peace Ron Turcotte

He was a great jockey. I watched him many times on the NY Circuit. His ride on the great Secretariat were legendary. Rest In Peace.

Some years back there was a harness driver with the same name, Ron Turcotte.
He mainly raced at Freehold.

Kantseeback.....I think there was a Mel Turcotte at Pompano in the 80's & 90's.

French Canadian kid from the Maritimes, goes on to a great riding career and rides the greatest race horse of all time to a historic Triple Crown.

Kantseeback.....I think there was a Mel Turcotte at Pompano in the 80's & 90's.

Ron Turcotte sr of harness passed years ago but I had several conversations years ago with his son Ron Turcotte jr, nice people
