Any more updates on Plain Jane?  There was talk she had a positive then all of sudden she is injured and no one is stating what she injured.

  A licensed vet examined the horse and explained on SC why the horse was scratched, it also explained that there was not a positive test.  From what I heard this was started by a well know local thief/drug addict.

the pei harness fans really do support the product
the place was very busy on thursday and friday, young people drinking etc
most were not really harness fans, its just the place to be in pei during old home week
its a nice race and they do a decent job but its a local phenomena for the most part

Obviously the APHRC dropped the ball, didn't know, turned a blind eye, or whatever. Whatever the case may be, it sucks.

Congratulations to Rene! Great family man and fantastic trainer . Too bad he had to take the fall for the industry due to a witch hunt by Gural . Very generous fella .fantastic horseman too. Hopefully you get many more saucers on your mantle Rene .
