Clay farout just doesn't know when to quit
« on: August 01, 2025, 12:39:23 PM »
Now he is trying to bring a lawsuit after he started a fight.
Karma
Since this all happened I had a horse make more money finishing fifth then his entire stable made in the month of July. Thats right.

And not to mention he got 2 claimed from him that Both went right up the class later dart guy and puzzling.
And he has totally eaten 2 claims and went back to Michigan to lick his wounds.

Oh yes dont forget bizys Beatle who was up the track all year for him
Then 1 start for someone else, he finishes second.
You are the loser of all losers. The horse I was training when you tried to wreck us has 4 wins since then
More than your stable has had all year
Stop wasting your time with me get a life your racing life is over. Its been over. You are the joke of the racing world

Now that you want this to continue instead of crawling in a hole like you deserve, here comes a counter suit.

The odds of you getting 1 dollar out of this are zero.
You started the fight dumbass. You threw the first blow. You came after me. There is NOTHING as sad or pathetic as a bully going crying after he started a fight

I have a world full of friends and people on my side.

You are the trash pf the world. As stated by others,  not me
I will fight this till the end. Just fucking stop old man. Take your L and move on.

You think having some jabroni from Michigan call is going to rattle us? Do you even know that my dad the top rated attorney in Philadelphia with his own firm?

Maybe you just like to lose fights.
It obviously didn't stop you when I warned you I was a boxer. Maybe you just like losing. That's the only logical explanation because I've never seen such a bad racing operation

You can lie to your lady
You can lie to your fake lawyers.
But you can't lie in court
Lying gets you what you got
A month of 3000 income total by 8 horses.
3 horses sent away that all improved 3 seconds.
Whatever you are doing, its always wrong. Clearly

Word is you verbally threatened the guy to the point he felt justified to protect himself.

Is that true?

In any event, I don't know what kind of thrill a guy like you gets taunting a man 30-40 years older than you and baiting him into a physical confrontation.

Did your parents teach you to pummel old men?

Mine taught me to walk away. Different.

Not saying better. Different.

By the way, I'm rooting against you here.

My parents taught me stand up for yourself
And try to diffuse the situation. Which i did.
They also taught me to defend myself when someone throws the first blow. 5 years of karate before boxing showed me that.

The truth
The good and important news is i have the truth and right on my side
And I already told my numerous friends out west the full story so dont try twisting it.

And see the thing is having been in this game 30 years, people know when I say something, its the truth, like it or not

Baiting him into a physical confrontation?
Lol good one.
Lets see how that one plays.
You mean i just hurt his feelings? So he was authorized to swing at me?
Or because I calmly told him to backoff because I was a boxer, that gives him the right? Spare me
He almost caused am accident, then came to my side of the barn to start a fight, while throwing the first blow. I responded exactly how I said I would.

Anyways since this happened my stable has been on fire and id say he had the worst month of any horse trainer in north America...so let's just keep seeing how things play out. Find me anyone who had less money per start, or worse more than 3 horses sent away that all dropped 2 seconds first start.
Try not towing in the training lane, then blaming others, then  starting a fight you lose then crying foul after
Might help

If he really felt danger wouldn't the right thing be to go back to his side of the barn and get out of my face? Couldn't he havr walked away? Of course not. He was looking for a fight. Hence the jogging in the traing lane with a tower to begin with

The above sentences just don't have a John Wayne kind of vibe.
