I was just thinking a heart attack would probably end all the good work you are doing in bringing down Taylor.

Were you doctor? Can you post your medical degree for us? I've actually had three heart attacks. I quit smoking six years ago. My BP and cholesterol are perfect. I'm just over 5'10" and weigh 167lbs as of last month. Should I call your office for an appointment??? I guess we can add cardiologists to the list of professionals who post on Horseplop anonymously? ngc3

Why not get people to call the USTA and state commissions with what I've posted. Or does Nick Devita train for you???

I was just served a subpoena to produce all the records to his attorneys with regards to his case against Mr. Gural. Fine by me, everything I have is proof he purchased drugs from Seth Fishman. I'll even give them a nice fresh file copy of the call I got from Tony Zubkoff.

Anyone wanna join me for the dropoff at WTC3??? Make a day of it. Can even do a livestream...

Intimidation tactics, hope you get that cunt in a deposition, find out what he keeps spitting out of his mouth and putting back in, back and forth - evidence  ngc3 ?

I'd file a motion to squash, and drag his imbeciles into a few rounds....based on being burdensome, private.  I'd first tell the judge to issue a continuance on the request so I could consider retaining counsel.  Show these fucknuts, that it doesn't go one way, it goes the other.

No conversations on the phone, everything in writing, that gets lawyers to clam up, the lying scumbags they are, always working in the shadows.

Did they autopsy the 'ol lady because that one became a fall gal.

Hey Taylor, be a man for once in your life, not a cheating sob slob, fess up, redeem yourself.  What a weak asshole to go through life like that.  Take what's not yours from others and use those resources to defend yourself.  If you have kids I hope that type genetic failure of yours didn't get transferred.

No bullshit, I was walking from the shop to the apartment to grab something and I bumped right into the process server who was looking for me. I laughed and said oh now what. He showed me and I burst out laughing when I saw the names. The guy said he never met someone so happy to be served.  ngc3

You made someones day interesting.

Any lawyer gets nasty and crosses the line I'd get their bar and state(s) registered IDs.

This schmuck wouldn't happen to be a licensed attorney, because he's ethically unwell, and that's understatement.

What possibly could you have that's not been made available as public, you're just very resourceful.

Here's another for Taylor, courts are for pussies, you wanted to be a harness racing gangster.

Welcome to the nightmare, sweet dreams HT!   ;D

TRAINERS USING SYTHETIC EPO   AND TRACK AND  INDY COMMISSION LOOK THE OTHER WAY

And they're looking the other way for pocket change against the comparably catastrophic damage and loss.

Just one auction, one horse, all the effort if they even can race, so much energy, time and money...just to race unfairly against a chemically calibrated enhanced animal with probably less ability than the other.

You follow the McKeever horse abuse trial?

You have any part in that investigation?

What do you think of the verdict?

Edita Birnkrant and NYCLASS spearheaded that. Simple answer is no laws to protect horses in NYC. The few on the books are from the 1800s. Go read the charge...overdriv ing. BTW just another Standardbred created by harness racing and ended up 27 years old pulling a carriage laying on 9th Ave for 45 minutes. Manhattan is no place for any horse. But there shouldn't be any Standardbreds pulling carriages there. And you know damn well I've spent plenty of time down there helping her find and report horses in trouble. She told me earlier she figured it would end this way. One of the jurors said it was impossible for them to convict him because the law didn't match what actually happened.

The cancer diagnosis might of thrown them off.

Yes, I read the charge as well as the news since the trial started. I understand.

Damn shame.

"I'm 59 and fighting for your fucking sport. While most of you do absolutely nothing, but you'll post shit like that?"

For what it is worth, I read Ramnap's comment and felt it was a genuine concern for you, not a shot at you.

I guess you can't give valid advice to someone who knows everything.

Want to have a genuine conversation? Post your name. Then we'll start. Easy to have a lot to say when you have hidden for years. It's pretty pathetic actually. Is Blake your trainer?

Didn't Mike ask for a pic of the health guru and why didn't he provide it?

Lot's of fucking typing for a bunch of anoni-mouses.

Worry will get you to the grave like epo will get you to the finish line, a bunch of a nagging, miserable old lady choir here - failing to be cute with their bs.

I defer to Mike...and he responded lol!  ;D
