I think you have me confused with someone else. While I agree he is manipulating the markets with his tactics I've left his kids alone.
His word/handshake/signature is in regards to making a deal with him. There will only be a deal for as long as he wants it. Nothing binds it beyond that. He has no honor. In real estate, 47's business, it's called appreciation.  It (47's real estate holdings) just keeps going up in value as long as you hold on to it, lawsuits, bankruptcy's, hard times, can't pay bills, just hold on to it.

Most of 47's wealth was intrinsic.

Now he's doing a big cash grab, by the end of 2028 it will be the biggest one in history.

He very well might be the world's fist trillionaire unless you believe conspiracy theorists and the Rothschilds.

My point was, if Trump is a crooked cheat as you describe him, how the hell would he find enough people to make deals and amass his fortune?
There are no secrets in huge real estate ventures, so the minute Trump lied or cheated on a big deal, he would never find another successful businessman to enter into a deal with him.  And we all know, you need at least 2 people to make a deal.
