Can’t compare the sport of kings and what they call “buggy racing”.

If I did international, if there was better quality weekly racing, this buggy bullshit is like subsidizing the time with something else I have experience in.

It's true, I way prefer T-Breds.  Drugs aside on both...It's a more sophisticated type screwing!  ;D

I saw that dude last night, was thinking that but wasn't sure.

He was reading his 3 friends support, which was drowned out by the lynch mob!  ngc3

I'm guessing from what I read/hear, KY gave him the option of withdrawing his application (after they tell you that it will be denied). I don't know if that's a right or a courtesy. So, he's out at the Meadowlands. By Gural's hand, not the NJRC. Now KY. If that doesn't render you out of business, it certainly handcuffs you tremendously.

If any governmental body, track owner, whatever, wants to enforce, I would look for transfers/bill(s) of sale, and actual checks, money transferred. I don't care if it's family, friends, doesn't matter. When Brooks went down, and "sold" horses to his brother, NJ asked for this. I don't know if it's true, but I heard the next group of horses were "gifted" as opposed to sold.

Your love of HT is documented in past posts on horseplop. Lips firmly implanted on his ass--"you are the best owner ever" was one quote. What a douche you are.

Why not just watch their response when they reconvened. https://youtu.be/mcmAu-HdHJI

Did this guy have a stroke, or does he drink?

Almost sounds like he was slurring his words, to me he was sounding inebriated.  I listened to one other video I found of him and compared, he was speaking very clearly, this one sounds like he's fucked up.

Right. He sounded ridiculous. Imagine that guy as your lawyer. Or if you are Ruffolo your hero.

Uncharted territory for guys like him. This is the first time they've ever been challenged and having to answer to facts they cannot dispute. He was completely unprepared for this. From his lame answers to his arms over his head displaying how uncomfortable he was. His only dagger in return was he'll apply again. Go for it. Since that review things have escalated quickly with every commission now focused on him. He really needs to retain an attorney, and that's no joke.
