IS HOWARD TAYLOR TOO BIG TO FAIL?
« on: July 08, 2025, 06:48:24 PM »
It seems a fair question.

I believe the answer is probably yes.

If yes is true, then he can only fail himself.

Not long ago he didn't have a care in the world. A couple invoices rattled him to the point he thought having his Presiding Judge friend call me was a good idea. If he wasn't concerned, why the horrible impulse decision? Did he not realize I don't race? Or give a fuck? Or was recording the conversation??? Now that all this is on the record including the commission advising him he will be denied should he not pull his application back as well as the testimony of Mr. Williams there's plenty of cause for a......do I dare say????  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Just A Note:

None of these guys know anything.
Faraldo/Banca....Joe didn't know.
Ford/Gillis....Mark didn't know.
Taylor/Eckley/Fishman....Howard didn't know.

Nobody noticed Deena Pittman who was the top dog in Indiana when Linkmeyer was investigating Howard and got tossed resigned today??? Coinkidink???

If this is true, then instead of an attorney who has you plead the 5th when the crime is indefensible, and that leaves doubt in the air.

Then they should hire, my bro, Shaggy.  He has the perfect defense...

He said his wife was paying invoices, if he is found guilty of whatever is in those invoices can that make her a party to it?

Just gross eating something, pulling it out of your mouth, putting it back in and repeat.  Gross!  ngc3

I would say he has already failed. He used to be one of the biggest players in the game. Most high priced yearlings he would be part of. Was partners with the biggest owners. They now treat him like pariah. Reduced to small town owner.
