I see a certain horse was listed on OnGait yesterday to dissolve a partnership. Apparently one partner is getting out of the business. Too funny

Let me explain, remember it's not just him we exposed. All his partners over a decade were also billed by Fishman and Equestology as well. Named on the invoices including their ownership percentages for each horse listed. ALL bought what he bought. This is what I've been trying to say, it's much bigger than just him. When he turned over his records he threw his partners under the bus too. That's why he was flipping out when I went public with these records, he never thought that would happen.

It's been so obvious for YEARS. EVERY single trainer Taylor has employed is a juicer. Not to fucking hard to figure out.
He should have been out of the business a long time ago. Not to mention he's a bona fide dbag.

Telling the commission that he's the person people come to to get out of trouble might not have been the best approach

I was told he pads his bills, For example  bills someone 10K, which a normal lawyer charges 5K. So the perp says, whoa, thats a lot, dont worry, train my horses once you hit 10K, bill me, then he moves onto the next criminal

I don't believe the defense that someone who owns a large quantity of horses should be innocent if any of them use illegal substances cause its impossible to be reponsible for all of them. If that defense is legitimate, the game is in bigger trouble than i once thought. Maybe petrelli knows if that defense will actually hold water.

Nope. And now he's being looked into by every commission in North America. Nobody is buying the bullshit excuses. And nobody can hide from this anymore. We are all watching the flood gates open in real time.

P.S. Commissions are judged by rules. Voted on by a quorum of board members. He withdrew thinking the old business as usual will apply. Don't get denied a license which can ball out of control. What he missed was what was said into the record and accepted as evidence against him. Thus why every other commission has requested those same records now. Cat's outta the bag boys. You're welcome.  tmbz1

I'm late to the party so please excuse my ignorance.

Was the reason he was ordering the substances because allegedly - The trainers didn't want their name on it, control the costs, control when they were used?

Thanks Mike.
How about your spouse signing the checks, is that gonna get anyone off?

Think about how fucking sick he is. How are we going to subpoena her to testify? Blaming a woman who's gone. But remember, he said the FBI questioned him and "gave him a clean bill of health" after he turned the documents over. So how is he unaware now? Oh, just the Omeprazole.... ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

It was ALL the WIFE defense:

My wife poisoned my beautiful horses with that shit.  She was jealous of the horses, I gave them more attention then her.  I had no part of it, I never knew about it and I'm in shock and disgust, my life and career and passions are in turmoil, if she wasn't dead I'd strangle her - would anyone blame me?

Want to make them run faster?, c'mon I just like them running around the track, I actually like when they slow down in the stretch so I can waive to the driver and horse and yell yaaaaay.

She's still my late wife, and it hurts to say it, but I came here to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me.....um.... ;D

The part that most interesting to me was the racing official tring to strong arm you by phone. Have you ever thought about how many times that must have worked in the past?? I'd imagine plenty. Scary., all things end. In this case, the judge tried it on the absolute worst person imaginable. Backfire is an understatement
