There should be legislation to require that transfer of ownership be in writing, including percentages at the time.  In addition,
registrations should be completed immediately as if you purchased a car, a home etc.  Too much room for characters to take advantage with verbal disputes and percentages over 100%.  It is a big problem that can be easily resolved.

Here's what I can tell all of you. HTs worries are just starting, do you really think this stop with just Kentucky? I can say with absolute certainty that suddenly in the last 24 hour, MULTIPLE commissions and governing bodies have reached out and obtained all the documents and audio I've shown everyone. I'll leave it at that. As for The Pope, he's on vacation for the summer until all this is over. New sheriff is in town for now, say hello Guitar Swami

Shits unacceptable.  For the offenders, it's them that put those close to them, like family, friends, associates at odds with further supporting and loving that offender.

I've not been a horseman either, close to some at times, involved in the wagering, fan side.

Who's perfect?  Who was never in need of redemption?  Who has had in good times all the love and support, and in tough times many of those same people vamoose.  Loyalty is a paradox at times.

I'm not going to beat on this guys or any of their friends for being supportive HERE.  I don't think these people support animal abuse.  Some of us have made money on the shady short, even a tip, so it's hard to be hypocritical, it's the level of it that separates us.

The GUILTY mother fuckers need that dose of justice, as punishment and as a deterrent so it STOPS, and if they have a soul, to seek redemption, and if they don't, it's their gravity that pull their family, friends, associates to hell.
