Wagner has not been convicted of anything. He surrendered his membership. The other two parties got fined and/or license suspended pending an appeal. Some just got suspended for 15 days.

I just think they look the other way as not to be dragged into a lengthy investigation. Pretty sad to be afraid of doing your job! 0If we see all the bullshit going on you know damn well they see it upstairs as well. The ones that need to be held accountable is the so-called Horsemans association! Like Cloverleaf,,But problem there is most of the directors are participating horseman.

That’s the issue, huge conflicts of interest in that respect.  The ones high up are involved at every level.
