Fred Bourgault Sentencing July 7th - What Are Your Wagers On What He Gets?

Last time I bumped into Chris Borek the ADA prosecuting the case he hinted that it depends on what happens regarding the seven other felony charges he's facing June 25th. My guess is he's going to end up behind prison bars, how long is the question. What say you people???

This guy was 'slapping around' horses on the Canadian Ontario B circuit long before he was ever booted out of there. Some horsemen stood silent until, thankfully, enough was enough,

How he ever got a NY State license, even provisional, after those 'well known antics' north of border might be a real good question to get answered.

Will he be deported right away or does he do some time there first...not sure NY state legal temperature for that kind of thing.

Guy is a psycho.  Needs little time away to get things into perspective.  Will he?  Who knows, I have as much faith in the judicial system as I do in the juicers getting what they deserve.

W/o knowing if he gets convicted on any or all of the 7 other felonies, I'll say 7-10 yrs. Hope Im wrong and its longer, it all depends on the other charges.

Genesis 1:26-28 states that God created humans and gave them dominion over the fish, birds, and all other animals.

Exodus 21:23-27 outlines laws regarding physical harm, particularly focusing on the concept of "an eye for an eye".

Smash his skull in as he did to the horse Finish Line before you free him though.
