If it is , it wasn't [isn't ] on the Summit County Court record site. Shows no movement since
April fool's day. I check it frequently. It takes less than a minute.

Looks like everything was settled this morning and get ready he was fined $1469.00..thats it. No further charges, prosecution, or jail time. GREAT COUNTRY AMERICA. No wonder Merriman walks around laughing about it at Northfield. Totally disgusting in my opinion
