If it is , it wasn't [isn't ] on the Summit County Court record site. Shows no movement since
April fool's day. I check it frequently. It takes less than a minute.

Looks like everything was settled this morning and get ready he was fined $1469.00..thats it. No further charges, prosecution, or jail time. GREAT COUNTRY AMERICA. No wonder Merriman walks around laughing about it at Northfield. Totally disgusting in my opinion

relatives of drunk driving victims. Complete joke. He still is and will always be SCUM. Somebody got paid off.
