The track keeps ALL of these takeouts on ALL of the handles so what about the 3-4% simulcast money they get per race exporting the signals, is that added on to the 20-25% takeouts?

a portion of the takeout goes to state and local taxes
a portion goes to funding purses
a portion goes to the ADW or outlet where the bet is made
rebates--for major players--about 50% of that takeout goes back to them-for smaller players-its is still 5% or so
