I agree 100%  !!!    Purse money should be returned and redistributed.   Other horseman got SCREWED in all this!   Hopefully we will never see a Wagner at a track again.  But Stacey, Wisher and Braden should all get the boot as well.  They were ALL in on the corruption.  And also, Rosecroft should be held accountable as they were also in on this.  If you look at who runs that place...something tells me they knew what was going on and allowed it.  This was one hell of a corruption ring.  Quite disgusting.

Devita should not be in good standing, he should have already been suspended, license revoked indefinitely and heavily fined.

Unless Racing commission somehow intercepts it. I don't see how they can hold it once the paperwork part is straightened out. No ruling was for them to return purse money Guess this is a case for Howard Taylor!

They will appeal and Howie will strike a deal and they'll be lucky to get a dime! Unless there's a way for garnishment this case is over and done. They'll hide all assets and move on.
